Des,
This is still for the benefit of the PARA Team, particularly our blind players; fund-raising for their personal chess sets. However, as we emailed before, the excess will be given to the chess players severely affected by Ondoy.
I am inviting Jerson to play for free.
Des,
There were 24 players n all, same as thre first edition with GM Joey last Aug. We have 7 from PARA, 10 from MERALCO and 7 from Brgy Wesley. Total donation reached P10k; for details of expenses, check out GM Jayson's page at cg.
The result was 20W-3d-1L.
PARA's Rudy Sarmiento and Alexis Elinon and MERALCO Jrs Joannah Saltorio got the draw while BW's PULSAR was the lone winner, or shall we say the LONE RANGER?
