Ivanchuk's curiosity blue cap

Saw this photo of GM Ivanchuk (2703) in action against GM Mchedlishvili (2592) at Greek Chess League wearing a blue cap (and blue pen as well). Although I was wondering what is the time control for this tournament. I wish most chess sites would also provide the time control discipline for a particular tournament. Surely, if it's in classical time control and in hot/warm country like Greece, I don't think Ivanchuk would opt to wear a cap. But I guess Ivanchuk was promoting something here? The game by the way was a draw.
