Here's another interesting video for all of us fellow Pinoy chess fans. Two former world champion, Efren "the Magician" Reyes and Ronnie "the Volcano"Alcano challenges each others skills, but not on the billiard tables, but in a chess board. This friendly game by two of the best pool players in the planet happens before the start of their one-on-one 15-ball rotation match dubbed VILLARDS Challenge of the Legend: The Maestro versus The Volcano Friday at Skydome of SM North EDSA in Quezon City which Alcano won, 9-4. I remember Efren Reyes who is very vocal about his passion for the game once said in an interview some years ago that in between rounds of a tournaments, he was regularly playing chess with everyone who are ready to play with him.
