Filipino GM Mark Paragua made draw his last game against GM Keith Arkell of England which placed him 13th among 121 list of strong participants in the Foxwoods Open in Connecticut, USA.
With 5-2-2 win-draw-loss after 9 rounds, Paragua garnered 6 points overall.
Paragua’s only loss came from the hands of GM Darmen Sadvakasov of Kazakhstan in round 3 and tourney winner GM Alexander Shabalov of US in round 7.
GM Alexander Shabalov won the tournament after posting 7 points.
