Now, on the other side of the globe, some of the most influential chess federation in Europe are also plotting to staged a coup de etat of their own against FIDE current leader, Ilyumzhinov as reported by ChessBase. Although I don't think this is the time to panic on the President's side, I won't be surprise if some of Ilyumzhinov allies is already bailing out at this early stages of the campaigns.
